This website is provided by Veil Associates to introduce Veil Compliance, a proposed AI compliance platform. Contact help@veilassociates.com with questions. These terms apply to this public website; they do not form a subscription, consultancy, audit, investment or pilot agreement.

2. Development status

The agents, skills, integrations, avatars, monitoring and workflows shown here describe the intended product. Availability, coverage and release timing will depend on development, content rights, security testing and professional validation. Interactive examples and illustrations demonstrate the concept; they do not perform a live compliance review.

Any future service will require an agreed scope, commercial terms and appropriate data protection arrangements. The website is an invitation to discuss the concept, not an offer to buy or sell investments.

3. Professional judgement and certification

The website provides general information. It is not a customer-specific legal opinion, audit conclusion, certification decision or assurance that an organisation meets a law or standard. Obtain appropriate professional advice and an agreed engagement before relying on an assessment for a business decision.

ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certification is planned for the organisation operating the platform, with an intended scope covering development and operation of Veil Compliance. Certification through BSI is an objective and has not yet been awarded. Management-system certification would not guarantee the accuracy of every agent output or confer certification on customers. Independent external certification decisions remain with the relevant certification body.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse and share a link to the website for lawful business or personal purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use contact routes for unlawful or abusive communications. Security testing requires prior written authorisation and an agreed scope.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Veil Compliance identity, site design, copy and artwork belong to Veil Associates or are used under applicable rights. You may share links and reasonable attributed extracts when permitted by law. Other reuse of substantial content or branding requires permission.

Standards, framework names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement, partnership or current certification. The site does not distribute the text of licensed ISO standards.

6. Availability, links and responsibility

We take reasonable care over website content but may update, suspend or withdraw it as the project develops. External links are provided for convenience; the relevant provider is responsible for its own website and policies.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for a future paid engagement will be addressed in its separate agreement.
